Please fill in the registration form with all the required data. Fields marked with an asterisk*  are mandatory. Tutorial registration fee of US$ 485.00 includes: access to tutorial, breakfast, coffee break, lunch box, tutorial booklet.

To confirm your registration, the full registration fee must be paid online in USD. We accept credit card payment only. 

You must contact us no later than April 13^th, 2018, to cancel your registration for the Tutorial.

Cancellations will only be considered when received in writing to events@soiconsortium.org. Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s first name, last name, company and email.

For cancellations made by April 13^th, your registration will be refunded less a US$ 150 cancellation fee.

No refunds will be made for cancellations after April 13^th 2018.
