According to our booking regulations (see FAQ page), a single room for 3 nights from 15 May (check-in) to 18 May (check-out) is included and hence in general free of charge. Should you require extra nights or double occupancy the occurring extra costs need to be borne by yourself (please see rates in the table below). Kindly indicate your requirements and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. However, please note we cannot guarantee those extra nights and rates at the time of booking as this depends on hotel availability.

Do you require a visa application letter?

Please consult the German Federal Foreign Office website for visa regulations. 

Please make sure you enter your complete passport details, if you wish to apply for a visa. Important note: your passport needs to be valid until at least 6 months after departing Germany.

Requested visa invitation letters will be sent only as soft copy. If you need a hard copy, please understand that you will have to bear postage expenses.
