Please fill in the registration form with all the required data. Fields marked with an asterisk*  are mandatory. Tutorial registration fee of US$ 475.00 includes: access to tutorial, breakfast, coffee break, lunch box, tutorial booklet.

To confirm your registration, the full registration fee must be paid online in USD. We accept credit card payment only. 

You must contact us no later than March 31^st, 2017, to cancel your registration for the Tutorial.

Cancellations will only be considered when received in writing to events@soiconsortium.org. Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s first name, last name, company and email.

For cancellations made by March 31^st, your registration will be refunded less a US$ 125 cancellation fee.

No refunds will be made for cancellations after March 31^st 2017.

Access and Parking
The entrance to Samsung@First's parking structure is at the light at Tasman and Rio Robles.
Turn into the entrance marked for employees.
The security gate will be open starting an hour before the event starts.
If asked, let the security guard know that you are here for the SOI Consortium Event being hosted in the South Lobby.
Park anywhere on Levels 5, 6, 7 or 8.
Take elevator (or stairs) to the first floor and follow the directional signage to the South Lobby.

Badging Samsung entrance
Please make sure that you have registered properly to the FD-SOI Design Techniques Tutorial and received the registration confirmation. Only participants who will have registered via the SOI Consortium Tutorial Form will have access to the Samsung site (Samsung security process).
