October is still a high season time for holidays in the Algarve, but Hotel EVA and Hotel FARO (both 4*) have the necessary comfort and a suitable price (B&B), especially arranged just for this conference (prices available only if booking is made trough this form).

• H_FARO Single room (standard) - 92 EUR/night - Room availability and prices are subject to changes

The above values includes all legal taxes.

Keep in mind the following information regarding accommodation:
- bookings must be made and fully paid until JUNE 30^th July 31^st (extended deadline) - after this date room availability and prices are subject to changes. 
- no-cost cancellations can be made until September 11^st;
- late cancellations (later than September 12^th, incl.) or no-show: paid values are not refunded;
- currency exchanges and bank fees must be supported by the paying entity.
