For each accepted paper, at least one author must be registered in order to be published in the proceedings.

Members of the Portuguese Engineering Order and ISEKI-Food Association will benefit of a 10 % discount. Please upload your OE card scan in the field below.

Standard registration includes: proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception and conference dinner.

Student* registration includes: proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks and welcome reception. Conference dinner is not included. A proof of student status is needed for student registration; you can upload this letter in a PDF file (or a scan of your student card) in the field below.

* Bachelor, Master and PhD Students

On site registration will be added an extra fee of € 50.

Conditions and Cancellation Pollicy:

• If after registering you are unable to attend the Conference you may transfer your registration to another person. If you are unable to transfer your registration to another person, you may request a refund of your conference registration fee. You need to send us a written request via email. The amount to be refunded will depend upon the date that we receive your request.
• If you cancel your registration and submit your request for a refund earlier than September 30^th, 2017, you will be refunded 100% minus costs of refunding (20 €). 
• No refund will be available starting Ocotber 1^st, 2017.
• No exception will be made to the cancellation/refund policy for registrants unable to obtain a travel Visa.
• No exception will be made to the cancellation/refund policy for registrants due to travel related issues, natural disasters, or other unexpected events.

Please note that:

- we will always need a valid invoicing information (complete name and address of the paying entity + its VAT number/tax id number or any valid fiscal number)

- for logistic purposes, participants are required to confirm its participation in the conference dinner. Students do not have this item included in their fees, so a 35 eur extra is required to be paid (conf. dinner value).
