Event Information

You will need to register for your preferred date and time, availability is on a first come, first served basis and we have a limited number of spaces per time slot to ensure you get the maximum from your driving experience.  Your place will be confirmed by email once you have registered.

There are four sessions to choose from – morning or afternoon on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th September

AM Start Time:            10am - please arrive from 9am for event registration, tea, coffee & pastries
AM Finish Time:          1pm with a light sandwich lunch & refreshments

PM Start Time:            1.30pm  - please arrive from 1pm for event registration, a light sandwich lunch & refreshments
PM Finish Time:          4.30pm

Please Note: We do not have the facility to accommodate spectators and there are no childcare facilities on site.  Only those taking part will be granted access so please ensure you bring your confirmation email with you.

Dress Code: 

Casual, shoes you are comfortable driving in and an outdoor jacket as the event is mostly outdoors

Participant Disclaimer Form

In order to participate in the event you will need to download, read and sign the Participant Disclaimer Form.  Once completed and signed please bring it with you on the day.

If you have seletcted to bring a Young Driver with you, they must be registered for the same date and time slot as you and you must download, read and sign as the Parent or Guardian of the Young Driver the Young Driver Disclaimer Form.  Once completed and signed please bring with you on the day.
