'RE'-Hotel Accommodation

For those who would prefer to stay close to all the action, we have secured a number of bedrooms at a special rate for our “RE”-Conference guests at Hotel Artemis Amsterdam.

Standard Room
•    Single Occupancy Room, per room, per night – € 135,00
•    Double Occupancy Room, per room, per night – € 154,75

The above mentioned room rate includes VAT, service charges and includes full breakfast buffet and excludes 5% city tax. Hotel accommodation can only be booked during event registration on a first come first serve basis and it is strongly encouraged that reservations are made as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Your bed and breakfast rate will be included in your 'RE'-Conference invoice and this must be paid in advance, any extras or incidentals during your stay should be settled upon check out. The deadline for reservations is Saturday July 1, 2017, after which rooms and rates will be subject to availability.

Notification of cancellations and amendments should always be made directly and can only be accepted in writing. For cancellations received within 2 weeks prior to the arrival date and no shows, the hotel is entitled to charge the costs for the whole stay. Any changes in departure date should also be notified 2 weeks prior to departure to avoid costs.

Once you arrive at Schiphol Airport you can go either by taxi, train or bus to the venue and/or the hotel. Make your choice before you start traveling: https://www.schiphol.nl/en/travel-from-schiphol/

Hotel Artemis Amsterdam is ideally located between the centre of Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport. The hotel is located on an industrial estate in West Amsterdam with many international companies. The hotel can be reached by both car and public transport. Below the hotel is a large parking garage where you can safely park your car.

TAXI

We advise you to book a taxi transfer to Hotel Artemis Amsterdam hrough local taxi providers. Have a driver waiting for you upon arrival. If you prefer to pre-order a taxi in advance, don’t hesitate to contact Schiphol Transfer Assistance (STA). Just call +31 20 601 3400, or visit the STA desk in Schiphol Plaza. You can find them in Arrivals 4, open anytime day or night.

 

BY TRAIN OR BUS

Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to Hotel Artemis Amsterdam.

From Monday to Friday between 6 AM and 7 PM:
At Schiphol Plaza go to the bus station and take bus #69, depart the bus at the Antwerpenbaan. 
Go right and follow the Antwerpenbaan until you cross a small bridge. After the bridge go right again to the Christoffel Planttijnpad and follow it to the Henk Sneevlietpad. At the Henk Sneevlietpad take the first corner to the right and cross a small bridge again. After you entered the street take a short left and then go right to enter the Louis Armstrongstraat. Follow this road to the hotel.

From Monday to Friday after 7 PM and in the weekends: 
At Schiphol Plaza be advised to take the train to Amsterdam Lelylaan or Amsterdam Zuid. 

PUBLIC TRANSFER INFORMATION

Travel time: approximately 15 minutes by bus and a 12 minute walk to the hotel and/or the venue.
