Accommodation information - UPDATE from March 30th

May is a great time for holidays in the Algarve. Both Hotel EVA and Hotel FARO have the necessary comfort and a suitable price (B&B), especially arranged just for this conference:

• H_EVA Single room (standard) - 90 EUR/night - FULL, NO more rooms available
• H_EVA Double room (standard) - 98 EUR/night - FULL, NO more rooms available
• H_FARO Single room (standard) - 92 EUR/night - FULL, NO more rooms available
• H_FARO Double room (standard) - 108 EUR/night - FULL, NO more rooms available

The above values includes all legal taxes.

Please keep in mind the following information regarding accommodation:

• bookings must be made and fully paid until MARCH 24^th; after this date room availability and prices are subject to changes.
• no-cost cancellations can be made until MARCH 24^th;
• late cancellations (later than March 25^th incl.) or no-show: paid values are not refunded;
• currency exchanges and bank fees must be supported by the paying entity.
