The organisers can offer up to 160 rooms at the Madelen College for two nights (arrivel on the 19th of September, departure on the 21st of September). If you plan to make use of another accommodation or hotel, please take care of your own booking and payment arrangements. 

In some cases travels costs can be covered (please see our section on the reimbursement procedures on the practical information webpage).
