• Late Registration is open from March 1^st to May 1^st.

*Registration fee covers: organization of the conference, welcome reception, lunches, lunch bag, conference dinner. Coffee-breaks, abstract book and field trips (for the 7^th EPCN workshop & LIFE CHARCOS Seminar) are supported by LIFE CHARCOS Project, as well as keynote speakers; if you're only coming for the LIFE CHARCOS Seminar, you can also attend to the keynote speakers sessions.

Student fee: a confirmation of student status is required for undergraduate, Master and Ph.D. students registering under this category. Please provide a declaration from your supervisor stating that you are a full time student. Send this letter (PDF) by email to 7epcn@ualg.pt

Conditions and Cancellation Pollicy:

• If after registering you are unable to attend the Conference you may transfer your registration to another person. If you are unable to transfer your registration to another person, you may request a refund of your conference registration fee. You need to send us a written request via email. The amount to be refunded will depend upon the date that we receive your request.
• If you cancel your registration and submit your request for a refund earlier than March 31, 2017, you will be refunded 100% minus costs of refunding (20 €). 
• No refund will be available starting April 1, 2017.
• No exception will be made to the cancellation/refund policy for registrants unable to obtain a travel Visa.
• No exception will be made to the cancellation/refund policy for registrants due to travel related issues, natural disasters, or other unexpected events.
